Baker & Partners, Architects, the unique design of Capitol Lofts
represent an opportunity for Sacramento homeowners to own something unique,
something with a little more edge, and something with design integrity

The 122 lofts will be located in the existing warehouse and new live-work
spaces will be constructed around the warehouse. There will be one- and
