Capitol Lofts is located on R Street between 11th and 12th in downtown
Sacramento, California. The project is just five blocks from the State
Capitol and is within walking distance of shops and restaurants.
TIMELINE:
The project is in the early design phase of development; therefore, we
do not have an estimated date of completion. Please check the website
regularly for updates on our progress.
FLOOR PLANS:
Capitol Lofts will include the development of industrial style lofts
in the existing warehouse and new construction live-work lofts. 122 one-
and two-bedroom homes will be available for purchase including Penthouse
lofts above the warehouse..
PRICING:
Pricing for Capitol Lofts has not yet been determined. Please register
to receive the first information on pricing and availability.
WAITING LIST:
Capitol Lofts does not currently have a waiting list to purchase the homes.
As a Capitol Lofts registrant, you will receive notification of any pre-sale
