Capitol Lofts is located at 11th and R St. and is part of the 27 block long R St. corridor within Sacramento’s Central City Community. This area, once a thriving industrial warehouse district, is now being transformed to a new transit oriented mixed use neighborhood, taking advantage of multiple modes of transit and a historic past to form a new unique neighborhood.

Sacramento municipal golf courses provide 540 acres of quality fairways and greens. Sacramento also contains 120 city parks encompassing over 2,000 acres.
- Culture: Sacramento is home to. professional ballet, opera and theatre companies. Professional sports are represented by the Sacramento Kings of the NBA, the Sacramento Monarchs of the WNBA and the Sacramento River Cats, a Triple-A baseball team.
- Entertainment: Sacramento is home to over 32 theaters, galleries and museums. Night time entertainment keeps growing every year and ranges from trendy dance clubs to a number of intimate live music venues that host the entire spectrum of music tastes.
